- Learn about mental health and treatment options;
- Complete screening assessments for depression and/or anxiety;
- Review educational content related to mental wellness;
- Connect with licensed healthcare professionals for psychiatric and/or therapeutic care;
- Receive mental health services such as medication management and psychotherapy via telehealth;
- Monitor care and progress through check-ins and secure messaging.
The specific features of our Services may change from time to time. Luxe Path reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue Services at its discretion.

Telehealth Consent & Scope of Care
By using our Services, you consent to receive care via telehealth. All clinical decisions, diagnoses, and prescriptions are made solely at the discretion of the licensed provider.
We do not prescribe controlled substances via telehealth.
If you feel your provider is not meeting professional standards, please contact us at tclynch@luxepathbehavioralhealth.com or through the patient portal.
Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA and other applicable laws.
We may participate in Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) or Health Information Networks (HINs) to facilitate coordinated care. You have the right to opt out by writing to us at compliance@luxepathbehavioralhealth.com.

- Subscriptions are billed monthly unless canceled.
- You may cancel 24 hours before your first scheduled session for a full refund.
- No refunds are issued after services begin or for unused time.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance via the portal or email.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of up to $200, depending on service type and insurance status.

To maintain care continuity, you are expected to meet with:

- Your therapist at least once every 60 days (if therapy is part of your plan).
Failure to engage may result in restricted access to messaging or other platform features until re-engagement.

All content and materials on the Site are the property of Luxe Path Behavioral Health & Wellness, PLLC, or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.
Termination
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Luxe Path also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason, including noncompliance with these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luxe Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services. Our maximum liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount paid by you in the five months preceding your claim.
Dispute Resolution
